New employees are loaded into our benefits portal the Wednesday following their first paycheck. Your log in will not work prior to that.

Log in directions:

User Name: First Name, First letter of your Last Name, Last 4 of SSN (example: JANEM1234).

Some employees will need to include the first two letters of their last name (example: JANEMA1234) due to that user name already being in use. Passwords are case sensitive: Last Name, Last 4 of SSN (example: Miller1234)

From the benefits portal, you can review existing benefits, make changes to your benefits within 30 days of a qualifying life event, and enroll in benefits as a newly eligible full-time employee.
