How to Enroll
- Click Can’t Access Your Account.
- Choose “Forgot Username” → “Employee.”
- Confirm your account and complete your Electronic Consent.
- Watch your video, review your guide, and click “Enroll in Benefits.”
Adding Dependents? If you’re adding dependents, be sure to upload proof of eligibility. If we don’t get it by the end of your start month, coverage will end the following month. Dependents age out at 26 (unless disabled and approved to stay covered).
Need to Make Changes Later? You can only update benefits during Open Enrollment or after a Qualifying Life Event — like getting married, having a baby, or a job change. You’ll have 30 days (or 60 for a birth) to make changes and send documentation. Legal notices are posted on your main enrollment page.
