Coming August 2025: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for BluesEnroll

To help keep your account secure, starting in August 2025, all users will need to use MFA when logging into BluesEnroll.

What does this mean for you?

MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a second step to verify your identity – like entering a code sent to your email, phone, or authenticator app – along with your usual username and password.

Here’s what to expect:

  • On your first login after MFA is enabled, you’ll be asked to choose how you want to receive your verification code.
  • You’ll enter the code sent to your selected method.
  • Then, you’ll be prompted to create a new, secure password for your account.
