Login Information: Your username will be one of the following options: First Name + Last Initial + Last 4 of SSN. Example: JaneS1234
OR Last Name + First Initial + Last 4 of SSN. Example: SmithJ1234
Initial login password will be your full SSN with no spaces or dashes.You will be prompted to change it once you are logged in.
